تترقب الجماهير الرياضية، ومسؤولو نهضة بركان المغربي واتحاد العاصمة الجزائري، بقلوب حائرة، قرارات الاتحاد الأفريقي لكرة القدم “كاف”، بخصوص مباراة ذهاب الدور نصف النهائي لـ كأس الكونفدرالية الإفريقية، التي ألغيت أمس الأحد.

وكان من المقرر أن يتواجه فريق اتحاد العاصمة ونهضة بركان بالجزائر، ضمن مواجهات ذهاب دور نصف نهائي بطولة كأس الكونفدرالية الإفريقية للموسم الحالي 2024.

ورفض لاعبو الفريق المغربي خوض اللقاء بالإضافة إلي رفض مراقب المباراة لعدم سماح السلطات الجزائرية بارتداء نهضة بركان قميصه الأساسي الذي يخوض به مباريات البطولة منذ بدايتها.

وأصدر الاتحاد الإفريقي لكرة القدم “كاف” بيانًا رسميًا، إشار فيه إلى أنه هذه الأزمة سيتم إحالتها إلى الجهات المختصة، للوصول إلى قرار، بعد إلغاء اللقاء.

وبحسب مصدر قانوني لـ “le360 سبور” المغربي، فإن لجنة المسابقات التابعة لـ “الكاف” تنتظر تقرير مندوب المباراة قبل حسم القرار، مؤكدًا على أنه لا خوف على نهضة بركان بعد هذه الأزمة.

وأوضح أن قرار الاتحاد الإفريقي سيكون أحد أمرين لا ثالث لهما، الأول سيتمثل في اعتبار اتحاد العاصمة منهزمًا في النتيجة بثلاثة أهداف دون رد.

Is Matheus Franca leaving Flamengo?

Taking to Twitter, Taylor revealed that Chelsea are still open and considering making an official move for Franca, but it’s Premier League rivals Crystal Palace who are currently ahead in the race for his signature.

He wrote: “Crystal Palace set to up offer for Flamengo attacker Matheus Franca. Chelsea approach not ruled out but interest has gone quiet since club-to-club meetings earlier this month.”

Aris manager Apostolos Terzis lauded Palma following his performances last term, saying: "Luis has done that all season. He has been a huge player for us. We know there has been a lot of interest in him and it's not surprising.”

He certainly offers a similar threat to that of Sakala, being able to score and generate chances for his teammates in equal measure and should Stoke fail to sign him, Beale must reignite a move for the Honduran.

A intenção, segundo o líder da torcida, é que o dinheiro não passe nem pelo clube, nem pela Gaviões, e vá direto para a Caixa, com quem a dívida do financiamento está em vigência.

-A ideia é fazer uma vaquinha virtual. Estamos tentando chegar no responsável da Caixa, porque nossa ideia é que o dinheiro não vai passar pela torcida nem pelo clube, vai direto para o pagamento do financiamento. Estamos no caminho certo, vai dar tudo certo. A torcida do Corinthians vai fazer historia mais uma vez – contou Digão ao GE.

Em busca de deixar o processo da forma mais transparente possível e fazer com que os corintianos possam se engajar ao projeto, o presidente da Gaviões quer instalar no Parque São Jorge uma espécie de “Impostômetro”, painel que fica no centro histórico da cidade de São Paulo e mede o valor total de impostos pagos pelos brasileiros pelo período de um ano em tempo real.

– Não tem aquele negócio dos impostos (“Impostômetro”), no centro de São Paulo? A gente quer ter uma parada dessas no Parque São Jorge para todo mundo ver o tanto de dinheiro que está entrando e para o que é. Quando nosso povo olhar que a parada é transparente e o dinheiro vai direto para a Caixa, a coisa vai funcionar.Fizemos até as contas, daria uns R$ 18 para cada torcedor. Se a gente conseguir pagar a Arena, o Corinthians vira uma potência mundial- disse o presidente da organizada corintiana.

Atualmente, a dívida do Corinthians com a instituição financeira é de R$ 530 milhões, que foi executada no ano passado. Acontece que há divergência de valores entre as partes e por isso estão há meses tentando uma renegociação.

Segundo o GE, na reunião entre os representantes da torcida e da diretoria do clube, a Gaviões também ofereceu ajudar na limpeza e na manutenção do estádio. Caio Campos, superintendente de marketing do Timão, elogiou a atitude da organizada, mas adota cautela por conta dos detalhes burocráticos.

-É muito legal a iniciativa da torcida e sabemos como funciona, eles estão ali para ajudar sempre, mas tem todas as questões burocráticas para serem analisadas antes de fazer acontecer – declarou o dirigente ao GE.

Digão também é cauteloso em relação a todo o processo, uma vez que haverá eleições no clube no fim de novembro, que deverá mudar a configuração da diretoria atual a partir de janeiro do próximo ano. Mesmo assim, ele diz que o intuito é dar início ao projeto de qualquer forma, com ou sem o aval do clube.

– Tem que ter parceria com a diretoria nova, fazer um laço entre torcida organizada e também o povo que vai para o jogo e não é da organizada. Se for uma diretoria transparente, mostrando tudo, o Gaviões vai estar junto – disse o presidente da Gaviões, antes de completar:

– Depende muito do clube, mas vamos fazer de qualquer jeito. Só estamos esperando passar essa parada da pandemia, mas no começo do ano vamos meter marcha. Colocamos na cabeça o projeto e estamos falando com corintianos ilustres para viabilizar. A parada até arrepia, quem é corintiano de verdade se emociona – concluiu Digão.

When Wiaan Mulder walked out to bat for his franchise, Lions, on Monday afternoon, he knew his innings wouldn’t matter. Not because his team was 280 for 4 with one centurion, Reeza Hendricks, and another on the way, but because Mulder would only have seven overs to bat and he would not be able to continue the next day.At around 3pm, Mulder found out he would have to get on a flight to Cape Town to meet up with the ODI squad, where he would replace the injured Wayne Parnell. “I hadn’t gone in to bat yet. The coach told me I would be replaced by someone else,” Mulder said. So when Nicky van den Bergh was dismissed late in the day, Mulder wasn’t sure what he would do at all. “I said to the coach, ‘Must he go bat, or must I go bat?’ He said, ‘You’re still going in to bat and it’s important that you do your best for us’.”Mulder faced 24 balls and scored 18, with 12 of them coming in boundaries but he insists he wasn’t trying to be too aggressive. “I tried to get a not out overnight because the guy who’s replacing me would get a chance to bat today. It’s a funny feeling leaving the game,” Mulder said.On Tuesday morning, Wihan Lubbe took Mulder’s place and Mulder arrived in the national camp. “It’s extremely intimidating. Going to greet the guys – AB de Villiers, Hashim Amla, Kagiso Rabada – it was massive for me. I didn’t know what to say to them,” he said. “I just went and shook their hands and smiled. You’re not too sure what to do. I think it’s like that for everybody.”This is not Mulder’s first time with the senior side or around these players. He went to the same school as Rabada, St Stithians, but was three years younger than him. But this time it’s different because Mulder may actually get the chance to play at the highest level with them.Even though new South Africa coach Ottis Gibson said the team may not be tinkered with for the second ODI on Wednesday he did hint that experimentation could be on the cards in the final match on Sunday if the series is wrapped up. “Maybe in the third game, if we win tomorrow, we might make some changes.”Mulder will come into contention then, especially because he has been hand-picked by Gibson to be part of South Africa’s long-term plans. “He is very talented. One of the first days I got into the country, I went to the Wanderers and he was playing and I saw him and immediately liked him. I asked a question about him and they said he was in the system already and he is a very good Under-19 player,” Gibson said, referring to the opening round of first-class fixtures which he attended last month. Mulder took 4 for 70 in the first innings and scored 79, impressing Gibson with his all-round ability.Mulder is only 19 and Gibson is confident Mulder could develop into a candidate for the 2019 World Cup. That’s why Gibson wants to keep him as close to the national squad as possible. “One of the things we are trying to do as a one-day team is widen the pool of players that we need to choose from. He is here now because he is talented and he is somebody who in two years, if he develops in the right way, there is no reason why he can’t be part of the squad going forward. This is a good opportunity for us to have a look at him as well.”All this means expectation on Mulder is high and he has admitted he can’t quite guarantee that he is ready to meet it. “I’m not too sure if I’m ready,” Mulder said.But Mulder has been surrounded with good advice, especially from former U-19 World Cup winning captain and recent Test debutant Aiden Markram. “Aiden told me a couple of months ago to, ‘Go out there and be yourself. Don’t try and prove a point to anybody. Don’t try and be somebody that you’re not’,” Mulder said. “Just having that peace of mind, that no matter what you’ll still be the same person, is quite a big thing. It’s helped me with my success, going out there and not worrying too much about what the guys are saying or what they might say afterwards. A lot of young guys struggle with that because the mindset of just being yourself is tough. As a young guy you want to impress. You want to be the big guy. You want to be the guy who stands up when the occasion is there.”Mulder also intends to “feed off” the likes of de Villiers and Amla because he hopes to “become one of them one day” though that does not mean he will neglect his bowling. “I’d like to be a batsman who can bowl or a genuine allrounder,” Mulder said.Just like his other idol Jacques Kallis. “He has been my hero since I was a little boy. I used to watch him and say I want to be like Kallis one day.”And Mulder’s sporting role-models don’t end there. He also looks up to a man who is proving evergreen, tennis legend Roger Federer. “Just the way he approaches every match, the way he trains, the way he’s extremely strong mentally – he can come back from wherever he is in a match. He’s been my main role model in sport. His mindset is unbelievable. That’s driven me massively in tough situations, and even when the going is good.”

Leeds United are now among the main contenders to sign West Ham United's Michail Antonio this summer, with the forward pushing hard for a move, according to recent report from Football Transfers.

Is Michail Antonio leaving West Ham this summer?

With just one year remaining on his West Ham contract, it now appears very likely that Antonio will leave this summer, and he has attracted the interest of a number of Premier League clubs, with TEAMtalk recently naming Wolverhampton Wanderers as potential suitors.

The Hammers are open to offers for the striker, who was in and out of David Moyes' starting XI last season, with Everton and Nottingham Forest also in the mix, following the collapse of his proposed move to Saudi Pro League side Al-Ettifaq.

According to a report from Football Transfers, the Jamaica international is now pushing hard for a move away this summer, and he has no shortage of suitors, with Leeds and Celtic among the main contenders for his signature.

After quite a poor season by his standards, scoring more goals in the Europa Conference League than he did in the top flight, a change of scenery is now on the cards for the 33-year-old, but he may not be available immediately.

Moyes is set to block any potential exit before a proper replacement is found, with the Hammers in dire need of new attacking options, after Gianluca Scamacca recently joined Atalanta in a deal worth £27m.

A small fee may be required to sign the London-born forward, given that he still has one year left on his contract, with the Whites keen to add him to their squad, having already lost some attacking talent during the summer transfer window.

Is Michail Antonio joining Leeds?

With a number of Premier League clubs vying for the West Ham star's signature, it may be difficult for Daniel Farke to win the race for his signature, although a move to Elland Road could be an attractive offer, as he is likely to get more game time in the Championship.

Last season, the former Nottingham Forest man demonstrated he still has what it takes to compete at a high level, weighing in with six goals for the Hammers en-route to their Europa Conference League triumph, which suggests he could be a top player at Championship level.

Antonio could be a perfect signing for a team with aspirations of being promoted from the Championship, and Leeds should definitely pursue a deal for him once West Ham sign a replacement.

Nottingham Forest are still on the search for new additions who can add much-needed quality to the squad this season, and now a fresh update has emerged on a potential transfer target.

According to La Stampa (via TuttoJuve), Nottingham Forest are interested in signing star from Juventus this summer.

The player in question is Filip Kostic but Garibaldi chiefs are yet to make a concrete offer.

As per the report, the Serie A giants are willing to part ways with their player this summer to bolster funds and are commanding a €15m (£13m) fee to part ways with the Serbian.

The Juventus ace is an extremely versatile and dynamic left-sided player who can play as a left-back, left-winger or a flying left-wing back, with the latter being the most likely role he would be required to play at the City Ground.

Steve Cooper has a number of roles that he is looking to fill over the remaining weeks of the transfer window to ensure Forest can comfortably compete in the Premier League season and the pressure will be mounting after taking their first defeat of the campaign against Arsenal on Saturday.

As a result, the signing of Kostic would add huge quality and a wealth of experience to the team, providing Cooper with a strong creative outlet and dominant presence to work with this season.

The Serbia international – once hailed "extraordinary" by former Frankfurt sporting director Fredi Bobic – is one of the most underrated progressive and prolific wing-backs in the top five European leagues – ranking in the top 10% of positional peers for shots on goal, assists, shot-creating actions, progressive carries and progressive passes received.

As such, the Tricky Trees boss could even land his very own Ivan Perisic as the Tottenham Hotspur wing-back is named as one of the most comparable players to Kostic over the last 12 months, as per FBref.

When comparing Kostic's output to Perisic's last season, the Juve machine shared many similarities with the Spurs star including assists registered (8 v 8), shots on target rate (28.9% v 27.6%), pass completion (68.1% v 63.6%), shot-creating actions per 90 (3.21 v 3.20), goal-creating actions (0.41 v 0.47), successful take-ons (43.6% v 45%) and aerial duels won (50% v 50.8%).

It paints the picture that both are confident in possession with the ability to surge forward at will down the flanks.

Three-time Serie A winner Massimo Bonini waxed lyrical about Kostic in an interview, summarising his best qualities aptly:

“(Kostic) is a great player. He is good in one-v-ones. He creates a lot of assists, and is now also managing to score goals. He is always able to find the right time to cross the ball, despite the presence of defenders."

Meanwhile, former Frankfurt coach Oliver Glasner revealed the Serbian's strongest quality:

"Filip has the outstanding ability to see the free man in the middle under the highest pressure. And the technical quality to find him."

With that being said, it would be a no-brainer for Forest to secure Kostic's signature this summer as he could be the huge game-changer needed in the attacking threat on Trentside and could be the difference in competing in the top-flight or suffering another relegation scrap this season.
