أعربت اللجنة المكلفة بإدارة نادي الزمالك عن استنكارها الشديد للحملة الممنهجة التي يتعرض لها الكابتن إبراهيم عبد الله عضو المكتب التنفيذي بالنادي وتؤكد أن تلك الحملة المغرضة لا هدف لها سوى ضرب استقرار القلعة البيضاء.

وهاجمت بعض جماهير نادي الزمالك عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، عضو اللجنة التنفيذية إبراهيم عبد الله، واتهموه بأنه السبب في بعض الأزمات داخل القلعة البيضاء، وأنه أثار أزمة مع لاعبي فريق اليد بسبب تصريحاته، بالإضافة إلى تدخله في بعض الأمور التسويقية التي ليست من اختصاصه.

وأضافت في بيان رسمي، أن الكابتن إبراهيم عبد الله يؤدي دوره بكل الخبرة، والكفاءة متسلحا بإخلاص كبير للكيان الذي سبق أن مثله لاعبا متميزا في فريق اليد، كما أنه أسهم بدور ملموس من خلال عضويته في المكتب التنفيذي في حسم العديد من الملفات سواء فيما يتعلق بالفريق الأول لكرة القدم أو فيما يخص اللعبات الأخرى.

وتمنت اللجنة للكابتن إبراهيم عبد الله مزيدا من النجاح، والتوفيق في دعم مسيرة الكيان في المرحلة المقبلة.

يذكر أن، الزمالك يستعد لمواجهة مولودية الجزائر، غدا الجمعة، في افتتاحية دور المجموعات لبطولة دوري أبطال إفريقيا.

Liverpool have reignited their interest in Iranian striker Sardar Zamoun.

Russian publication SovSport report that Liverpool scouts were in attendance for the Russian Super Cup to watch Azmoun play for Zenit Saint Petersburg, who scored twice in a 3-2 defeat against Lokomotiv Moscow.

The 24-year-old striker, once dubbed as ‘The Iranian Messi’ by the Metro in 2016 following rumours about a move to Everton, was crucial to Zenit’s Russian Premier League title win last season as the former Rostov attacker hit 13 goals and assisted another six in the league.

Azmoun is a player that is no stranger to Liverpool. Indeed, speaking to the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar via Four Four Two in 2017 the attacker admitted that he was in talks with the Merseyside club that January, however, he turned down a move to the Premier League giants due to a lack of first-team opportunities.

The attacker said: “There were talks of Liverpool having expressed an interest in me during the past winter transfer window. However, I did not feel the time to move was right. I would have ended up playing a few games and then spent a great deal of time on the bench as Liverpool were only looking to fill a void for a particular part of their season.”

It proved to be the right decision from Azmoun, as a couple of years later the striker earned a move to Zenit for a reported £10.5 million (as per Reuters) to play regularly (made 12 league appearances following his winter transfer) and win the Russian league title. Indeed, when you compare the Iranian with Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi from last season from stats from WhoScored, it is understandable as to why he might be of interest.

Azmoun averaged more shots per game at 3.3 than both Sturridge and Origi, who managed only 1 and 1.1 in the league. The Zenit striker also averaged more dribbles per game at 0.7 to the Merseyside duo’s 0.3 and 0.5.

With Jurgen Klopp eyeing quality on the bench as per Goal this summer, Azmoun would be an improvement over the German’s options last season when it comes to testing the goalkeeper, and given the club’s previous links with the player, it is seemingly a deal that could really help the Reds.

يبدو أنّ نادي سانت إيتيان الفرنسي، عازم على الحصول على خدمات مُهاجم الزمالك ومنتخب مصر، مصطفى محمد في سوق الانتقالات الشتوية الجارية.

مصطفى محمد يرغب في الرحيل عن صفوف القلعة البيضاء من أجل الاحتراف في أوروبا، ويتواجد مُهاجم الأبيض على رادار فريقي سانت إيتيان الفرنسي وجالطة سراي التركي.

سانت إيتيان كان قد توصل إلى اتفاق مع الزمالك بشأن ضم مصطفى، ولكن بعد تصريحات رئيس النادي، رولاند رومير، قرر الزمالك إنهاء المفاوضات مع سانت إيتيان، والذي زعم أن بعض المسؤولين في الأبيض طلبوا عمولة لتسهيل الصفقة، ثم اعتذر عقب ذلك مؤكدًا أنّ الأمر خطأ في الترجمة ليس أكثر؛ لكن الزمالك بالأمس، شدد عبر نائبه، هشام إبراهيم، أنّ المفاوضات مع سانت إيتيان لن تستمر بالإضافة لاتخاذ إجراءً قانوني (طالع تصريحاته).

ويبدو أنّ مصطفى يرغب هو الآخر في الانتقال إلى سانت إيتيان، بعدما غرد مُهاجم الأبيض عبر حسابه الرسمي في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي “تويتر”، أنّ بأنه فعل كل ما أرداه الزمالك منه، فلماذا يقف البعض أمام رغبته (طالع ماذا قال؟)، ثم أكدت شبكة “يورو سبورت” في نسختها الفرنسية أنّ اللاعب يرغب في الانتقال لـ سانت إيتيان.

“btolat.com”، تواصل مع أحد المسؤولين داخل النادي الأخضر، وهو جان لوك بويزين، مدير التعاقدات ورئيس الكشافة، والذي أوضح لنا أنّ إدارة النادي اتخذت خطوة جديدة من أجل إنهاء الصفقة مع الزمالك قبل نهاية الشهر الجاري إذ ينتهي الميركاتو الشتوي يوم 31 يناير.

وقال جان لـ”btolat.com”: “لا زلنا نرغب في التعاقد مع مصطفى محمد، ونحاول التوصل إلى اتفاق مع الزمالك”.

وأتم تصريحاته: “لم أعد المسؤول الآن عن التفاوض مع الزمالك، والنادي كلف جان سوكاس وهو المدير الرياضي الجديد باستكمال المفاوضات مع مسؤولي الزمالك”.

Xhaka happy at Emirates

Today’s first bit of news is in regards to a player already at the Emirates. Granit Xhaka had previously been linked with a move to Inter Milan but, in an interview with Swiss outlet Blick, the former Borussia Mönchengladbach man has said he does not think he will be leaving Arsenal this summer.

Carrasco deal agreed

According to Gazzetta Dello Sporto journalist Nicolo Schira, Dalian Yifang’s Yannick Carrasco has agreed a deal with Arsenal, with the two clubs now just finalising details of the transfer. Carrasco moved to China last February and has scored 14 goals in 36 games in the Far East.

€55m needed for Sampdoria pair

The Gunners have been told they will need to pay €55m (£48.99m) for Sampdoria pair Joachim Andersen and Denis Praet once again according to Nicolo Schira. Arsenal had originally bid €48 (£42.79m) million for the duo, but now club president Massimo Ferrero is holding out for an even higher fee for his star players.

Liverpool’s midfield is the one part of the team that has lacked unanimous options all season and ahead of their Champions League final with Tottenham Hotspur, it’s still not exactly clear which personnel are best suited to the occasion.

“It is the one part of the team that has constantly kept people guessing… I think that if you compared it to Man City’s midfield, it is not the same level at all,” Christy Malyan said on the latest episode of the Fixture In Focus Podcast.

Jurgen Klopp will almost certainly go with a midfield three that includes the likes of Georginio Wijnaldum, Fabinho, James Milner and Jordan Henderson – all are incredibly industrious and energetic, but struggle for creativity and goals. Perhaps the potential for a penalty shootout though, could sway Klopp’s thinking in what feels like a huge dilemma for the Reds ahead of Saturday’s showpiece.

“I think it will be interesting to see whether James Milner plays. There is a sense in which you say James Milner should be on the bench in order to come on for penalty kicks, but you can’t play for penalties and why would you even want to?” co-host Chris said about Milner on the Fixture In Focus Podcast European Finals Special.

The only saving grace for Saturday’s encounter is that injuries have riddled Tottenham’s engine room as well and Mauricio Pochettino, just like Klopp, will be left with some very big decisions to make in the middle of the park.

Newcastle fans will be bidding their midfield maestro and star turned Isaac Hayden farewell soon enough, but when he leaves there will be a need to bring in a new midfield man to replace him. The Geordies have known of his want for an exit for a while, but his perfect replacement may be one that they don’t even need to go out and find.

As Hayden will likely be on his way, Jack Colback will be returning to St. James’ Park this summer after a stellar loan spell at The City Ground with Nottingham Forest. The former Sunderland man has added goals to his game in his time in the Championship, and next season could see the 29-year-old return to St. James’ Park and add to his 102 appearances in the black and white of Newcastle United.

Colback has the ability to star as a box-to-box midfielder but his recent ability to put the ball in the net gives him a new dimension at the club. Hayden may have been a star turned despite his intentions to leave the club and get closer to his family but the one thing he didn’t have to his game despite everything else was the ability to score goals regularly.

This season we’ve seen Nottingham Forest endure an indifferent campaign, but the goals have flown for the City Ground side, with Colback grabbing himself three goals and two assists in his 38 Championship games this season. It may not sound like a lot, but in contrast, the midfielder only managed two extra goals in 74 more games for the Magpies during his time at the club.

It is certainly a long shot, and if Rafa Benitez stays at the club the Spaniard may be reluctant to throw Colback back into action for them, but if the former Sunderland man can come in and prove to be worth his salt then there really is no reason why he cannot step up as the Geordies answer to Isaac Hayden’s departure. It would also save Mike Ashley a few million on a replacement too, working out for everyone at the club.

Yes, it ended fairly sourly for him prior to his exit but a second chance alongside Sean Longstaff could be a masterstroke.

اتخذ لاعب فريق ريال مدريد إيسكو قرارًا حاسمًا تجاه مستقبله في النادي الإسباني، حسبما أفادت صحفية “ماركا” الإسبانية اليوم.

وحسب صحيفة “ماركا”، فإن إيسكو قرر مغادرة النادي الملكي في موسم الانتقالات الشتوي المقبل.

وأوضحت أن تلك هي المرة الأولى التي يفكر فيها إيسكو في مسألة الرحيل عن ريال مدريد، منذ انتقاله إلى سانتياجو برنابيو في عام 2013.

وأفادت أن والد إيسكو ووكيل أعماله، فرانسيسكو، أبلغ إدارة ريال مدريد بالفعل برغبة اللاعب في الرحيل في شهر يناير القادم.

ليس هذا فقط، بل أكدت أن إيسكو تحدث كذلك مع المدرب زين الدين زيدان بشأن مستقبله وأبلغه أنه يفكر جديًا في الرحيل مطلع العام الجديد.

وأشارت إلى أن زيدان لم يثنِ إيسكو عن قراره، بل فتح له باب الرحيل عن ريال مدريد إذا رغب بالفعل في القيام بتلك الخطوة، حيث لا يريد الفرنسي الوقوف في طريقه.

ويشعر إيسكو بأن الوقت قد حان من أجل التغيير لاستعادة مكانته المفقودة، حيث يعاني بشكل كبير من قلة فرص اللعب المنتظم التي يحصل عليها تحت قيادة زيدان.

ولم يشارك إيسكو إلا في 6 مباريات في الموسم الحالي، حيث لم يلعب إلا في الدوري الإسباني، ولم يخض أي مباراة في دوري أبطال أوروبا.

يُذكر أن العقد الحالي لـ إيسكو مع ريال مدريد سينتهي في عام 2022.

Let’s be honest, Arsenal’s defence is an absolute mess and has been for a while.

You can argue that the Gunners have been incredibly unlucky with injuries, with the likes of Laurent Koscielny, Rob Holding and Hector Bellerin all suffering major injuries in the past 12 months, but that doesn’t pave over the fact that Arsenal’s current crop of defenders are simply not good enough for the club.

Signing a new defender is surely likely to be a priority for Unai Emery, who could miss out on Champions League football in his first season in north London and could pin that down to his defenders underperforming in key games, mainly Shkodran Mustafi, but there is some hope for Arsenal fans.

According to the Daily Mail via Sports Mole, the Gunners looking at Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti as a possible summer signing, with the French international out of favour in the Catalan capital this season and looking to move from the La Liga giants, and Arsenal acquiring the 25-year-old would be a revolutionary signing for the club.

Umtiti has shown that he is a defender of immense quality, being first-choice for Barcelona last season when the club won the La Liga title and partnering Raphael Varane for France in last summer’s World Cup triumph, and the former Lyon man would be perfect for Arsenal.

Having joined from Lyon for a reported £24.6 million, Umtiti would be an expensive signing for Arsenal, but what Emery would be getting in return could result in being a priceless addition for the Gunners who are in need of a defensive rebuild.

Arsenal have been a horror show defensively this season, again, and it’s rare a player can emerge that could fix the majority of their problems, but in Umtiti, they will have just that.

Unai Emery blames himself for Arsenal’s embarrassing defeat to Wolves on Wednesday evening, per the Daily Mirror.

Arsenal were beaten 3-1 by Nuno Espirito Santo’s spirited side as their top-four hopes sustained a severe blow.

The Gunners now sit fifth with three games of the season remaining, one point behind Chelsea and four behind third-placed Tottenham Hotspur.

The loss to Wolves was their ninth of the season and their seventh away from home.

And Emery has insisted that the responsibility for this defeat lies solely at his door.

He said: “I don’t want to speak about individuals. We need to continue together and not look at one player, defensive or attacking.

“We need to think to recover our confidence, our good moment. When we were in the worse moments we can recover to take possibilities like we have now.

“I usually am very critical of myself. I am angry with myself when we didn’t do the game plan I wanted.

“My idea, my style is to look in front and find the solution, not who is the player who is playing worse or not doing what we spoke of before.

“First I think of the solution. That is to think about Sunday and take the possibility to come back with our best performance to take the three points.

“When we win, we win together and when we lose, we lose together. In general I think we have possibilities to be in the top four.

“We lost the chance to have it in our hands but we will continue and take the opportunity on Sunday.”

Players to blame

Emery is shielding his players here.

The Gunners have endured a terrible dip in form and have lost three of their last five games.

With the top four slipping out of their grasp, Arsenal’s players have to bear the brunt of responsibility.

The likes of Shkodran Mustafi, Alex Iwobi and Mesut Ozil have all been performing below themselves in recent weeks.

The main thing that needs to happen this summer is a major rebuild; Emery needs to ship out the deadwood and bring in the best possible players he can find.

And, after that, he needs to stop shielding his players from the criticism they so desperately deserve.

وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن الحذاء الجديد لـ محمد صلاح مطلي بالذهب، مع وجود علامة “salah 100” على جانبه، وبجواره علم مصر.

وأفادت أن صلاح ارتدى ذلك الحذاء بالفعل خلال تدريبات اليوم، استعدادًا لمواجهة أياكس.
